Montgomery Village

Montgomery Village is a large, planned, suburban community outside of Gaithersburg. It was developed in the late 1960s and early 1970s on several large parcels of land.

There are many opportunities for residents to get involved with their individual neighborhoods and the community as a whole. I-270 to Montgomery Village Avenue; Snouffer School Road, Centerway Road and Mid County Highway are major thoroughfares. Both the Washington Grove MARC station and the Shady Grove Metro Station on the Red Line are located approximately 15 minutes away.
