Lincolnia evolved from sleepy farmland during colonial times into a thriving, close-in suburban community of detached homes, townhouses, and condominiums today. Tucked inside the Beltway and just north and west of I-95, the busiest north-south commuter corridor into Washington, DC, the Lincolnia community is a commuter’s dream. Lincolnia offers quick and easy access to I-95 and the Capital Beltway, and a well-developed network of secondary roads. There are express bus routes to DC and the Pentagon nearby, and the closest metro stops can be found at the Franconia/Springfield, Van Dorn and Eisenhower Avenue stations.
